In this post, I’ll share the eight most impactful AI tools I use to run highly profitable business and explain how they replaced key areas of work, including operations, customer support, content creation, and product development.
1. AI Chat Assistants
For general AI-powered assistance, we now have several great options beyond ChatGPT. Here’s a quick breakdown:
- ChatGPT (OpenAI): Still the most useful overall.
- Claude: Underwhelming in my experience.
- DeepSeek: Impressive new player.
- Gemini (Google): Best for local map-based queries.
- Llama (Meta): Open-source alternative.
Since ChatGPT’s premium plan is getting expensive ($200/month), I use TypingMind, a chat UI connected to my OpenAI account. This gives me more flexibility at a lower cost.
2. n8n – The Automation Powerhouse
n8n is an automation tool like Zapier or Make, but much more powerful. Unlike other tools, n8n allows you to dive into code whenever needed, making it perfect for developers.
One standout feature? AI agents. I can connect n8n with OpenAI and create autonomous AI-powered workflows that figure out how to complete tasks without manually wiring complex automation flows. Game-changer!
3. 8base – AI-Powered Customer Support
Managing customer support can be a huge time sink. 8base, an AI-powered support system, handles this by:
- Training an AI model on your website, PDFs, and even YouTube videos.
- Running a customer support chat directly on your site.
- Assisting with tickets and emails, blending AI automation with human support.
4. Replicate – AI for Image & Video Generation
Replicate lets me run and fine-tune open-source AI models like Stable Diffusion and Flux. My favorite? Flux, the best image-generation model right now (even better than MidJourney and DALL·E).
With Replicate, I:
- Generate thumbnails for YouTube using a fine-tuned AI model.
- Create high-quality visuals without expensive design teams.
- Use AI-powered CGI and 3D elements in my videos.
5. ComfyUI – Advanced AI Image Editing
ComfyUI gives me fine-grain control over AI-generated visuals. It’s a node-based system where I can:
- Combine different AI models for custom image pipelines.
- Enhance 3D elements without being a professional 3D artist.
- Create realistic scenes for my content with minimal effort.
For quick 3D effects, I also use SeDepth, which converts 2D images into 3D meshes—perfect for adding a cinematic touch to videos.
6. FeedHive – AI Social Media Management
FeedHive is my go-to for managing and automating social media. It:
- Predicts how well my posts will perform.
- Suggests optimizations for better reach.
- Integrates with tools like n8n to automate content workflows.
7. Windsurf– AI-Powered Code Editor
Windsurf is an AI-enhanced code editor similar to VS Code. It’s great for:
- Experienced developers: AI-assisted autocomplete and predictive editing.
- Beginners: Writing entire codebases using plain-language instructions.
However, if you’re new to coding, I still recommend no-code platforms over AI-generated code (unless you understand what’s happening under the hood).
AI Is Here to Stay – Are You Ready?
By integrating AI into my workflow, I’ve cut costs, boosted efficiency, and scaled faster than ever. If you’re running a business, now is the time to explore AI-driven automation.
